Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your purchase with us. To ensure you do, we offer a no questions asked return policy for change of mind. Here’s how all your options for returns work:

 

Change of Mind

We’ll refund the product cost 100%, minus any shipping charges incurred. You will need to return the product to us in its original packaging and unused (opened is fine as long as the packaging is not damaged) within 30 days from the date the package was delivered to you. Get in touch with us before return shipping so that we can help you keep return shipping costs as low as we can. If you don’t meet these requirements, we still encourage you to reach out to us in case we can help.

 

Issue with the product

If there’s a fault with the product or what was sent is different from what you ordered, we’ll refund you 100% of your order including shipping, or we’ll send you a replacement at no charge – your choice. We may request some documents or photographs so we can better understand the issue and prevent it from happening again. We may also request you return the defective or incorrect product at our expense. Please note that minor printing alterations can occur from time to time and are not a defect but part of the creation process. Our comforters are a mix of machine and handmade. You can still talk to us about returning the product via our regular returns process if you’re in any way unhappy.

 

Issue with shipping

Item never arrived or took far longer than expected? We’ll happily refund you 100% of your purchase including shipping and reroute the item back to us. We can also help locate the item or send you a new one if you’d prefer to still receive it.

Refund window:

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date the product is delivered to the designated address. If 30 days have passed since the delivery date, we encourage you to reach out to us regardless to see if we can assist you.

Requirements:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (opened is fine, as long as the packaging is undamaged).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This will have been delivered to your email, but get in touch with us if you are unsure.

Please do not send your purchase back without communicating with us first – we can help make sure it gets to the correct address.

 

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (i.e. if the item has been used or damaged).

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible within 10 business days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet after we notify you we have processed it, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Sale items can still be fully refunded at the sales price you paid for the items.

Exchanges

If you prefer, we can replace items if they are defective or damaged through no fault of your own. You won’t be charged anything further but may be asked to return the defective product at our expense. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] so we can walk you through it.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should first get in touch with us via [email protected] so we can help you facilitate a return to the best address for your situation.

For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For defective products or issues beyond your control, your refund will include all your shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
