Returns Policy
We offer a 30 day change-of-mind policy for any of our products. This duration begins on the day your product is delivered to you. The product must be returned to us in an unused, re-sellable condition and inclusive of all items, tags, labels, promotional items or other additions. Refunds are available on all items including sale items. Refunds exclude shipping costs incurred, including if free shipping was offered, in which case this shipping fee is deducted from the total refund. If a product arrives damaged, defective, is not what you ordered, or other reasonable issues exist, don't panic! Quillora will bear all costs to make you even, with options such as refunds and exchanges to be discussed with you.
These provisions are in addition to any of your usual rights under Australian law.
