Shipping is free for all orders over $150.
How do returns work?
It goes without saying that you have full rights under the Australian Consumer Protections Act, but we go beyond that. We have a no-questions-asked returns policy within 30 days from the date the product arrives at your designated shipping address. All you have to do is make sure the item is unused and still has its original packaging. Returns for change of mind will exclude shipping costs. If you ever have an issue with one of our items, don’t stress – just get in touch. We’ll help you out.
